2017 Michigan gameday #4: at Purdue

This week the Wolverines head southwest to West Lafayette, Indiana for a 4 PM EST matchup with the suddenly-interesting Purdue Boilermakers.  That squad and their new coach gave a pretty good Louisville team a run for their money before dismantling Ohio and Missouri.  Meanwhile, Michigan still has some kinks to work out in the offense, though they enter this first conference tilt at 3-0.

The Wolverines hold a 44-14 series edge, though the pair of teams hasn't met since 2012.  Michigan's on a three-game win streak and hasn't lost since the second year of Rich Rodriguez's tenure, which was two coaches ago!

I'm guessing this one goes like the rest of this year's games to-date:  the teams trade jabs and Purdue makes things close for a while before Michigan puts them away.  But given the Wolverines' offensive struggles and the Boilermakers' quick improvements, this thing could go either way!

Let's.

Go.
