2015 Michigan gameday #9: vs. Rutgers

Last week's last-gasp victory was supposed to be a bit easier than it proved to be for Michigan as it left many fans in this state
But a win is a win.  This is a team that faced the adversity of losing its starting QB (after multiple uncalled targeting penalties) and still found a way to get over the hump on the road against a solid team that got so many bounces they should change their nickname to the Golden Flubbers.  The Wolverines are bowl-eligible with some momentum to build on going into the home stretch.

Up next is Rutgers, a 3-5 squad that's made headlines for all the wrong reasons this year.  Michigan is favored by 25, though we saw how much Minnesota respected the spread last week.  Still, I think there should be less drama in this one before the Wolverines head into tough road matches at Indiana and Penn State.  Hopped up on coach Jim Harbaugh's "steroids" of choice (milk and steak) and a desire to prove the last two games are not going to be the norm going forward, I predict a two-score Michigan victory.  We'll see how that works out for me at 3:30 EST this afternoon in sunny (but chilly) Ann Arbor!

LET'S GO BLUE!
