Michigan gameday 2013 #1: vs. Central Michigan

That's right friends, college football season is BACK!  Team 134 kicks things off this season ranked #17 and at home against Central Michigan at 3:30 on (ugh) the Big Ten Network.
As a refresher, last year's Denard Robinson-led squad finished 8-5 (6-2 Big Ten) with losses to eventual title-winner Alabama, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Ohio State, and South Carolina in the Outback Bowl.

This year's team will be led by former top recruit Devin Gardner in his first full year as the starting QB.  A wealth of pro-style skill players will surround him on the field, and surefire first-round pick LT Taylor Lewan (a.k.a. Jake Long, Jr.) will be keeping him upright.  Meanwhile, defensive guru Greg Mattison and his 4-3 defense will look to live up to the high standards of previous teams.
Now in his third season, head coach Brady Hoke will be question for a Big Ten title (or bust!), Michigan's first since sharing with Iowa in 2004.  This is a team that looks to be in good shape for 9-11 regular-season wins.  This is a team that wants to return to the days of the Wolverines dominating the Big Ten.  This is a team that will play its heart out and make you proud to be a Michigan Man.  THIS IS MICHIGAN, FERGODSAKES!

Let's go Blue!
