COMC haul #23: Clay's the rainbow part 2, or, 13 for '13

(Note:  all COMC haul posts can be accessed here)

It's actually only been a few posts since I showed off a chunk of the Clayton Richards I picked up from COMC--some 2008 Bowmans, Drafts and Chrome of the rainbow variety.  Then again, it's also been a few weeks since I put that up, so here's a couple more rainbow projects that are now part of my Richard PC.

First up are five of Clayton's eight (non-1/1) cards from 2005 Bowman Draft and Chrome Draft, which means a couple are his true RCs (::insert middle finger to MLB, Beckett, et al for stupid, inconsistent and arbitrary rules::):
Clayton Richard 2005 Bowman Chrome Draft RC
Clayton Richard 2005 Bowman Chrome Draft Refractor
Clayton Richard 2005 Bowman Draft Gold
Clayton Richard 2005 Bowman Draft RC
Clayton Richard 2005 Bowman Draft White (#073/225)

I'm glad to have only three more to chase, and they're actually not that bad:  X-Fractor (/250), Blue Refractor (/150) and Gold Refractor (/50).  Totally doable, and I'll see if I can't complete that in the next month or two.

Next up is an even larger rainbow from 2008 Bowman Draft and Chrome Draft.  CR has 11 non-1/1s between those sets, and I managed to pick up eight of them:
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft Blue Refractor (#76/99)
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft Gold Refractor (#20/50)
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft Refractor
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft X-fractor (#094/199)
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Draft Blue (#330/399)
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Draft Gold
Clayton Richard 2009 Bowman Draft

Yes, it's true:  that lousy Gold parallel is never, EVER going away.  Anyway, this chase will be a bit tougher: while the Purple Refractor isn't numbered, I'll need a couple rarer Refractors:  Orange (/25) and Red (/5).  Because of that I'm not gonna push myself to complete this rainbow by the end of the year because I'm not breaking the bank for a low-numbered insert of Richard.  Anyway, I've already got a nice assortment of color here, and that's plenty enjoyable.

Clayton's new IHAS count jumps up 13 cards to 33, with plenty more on the way!  I hope kicking things off on this blog with a lucky 13 cards for '13 brings me (and everyone who reads this) a great year of collecting.
