Fresh off a much-needed bye week after two very uninspiring almost-losses to bad teams, Michigan kicks off Big Ten conference play with one of the most historical trophy games in the sport, hosting Minnesota in the battle for the Little Brown Jug. Pretty much everyone knows the story of the Jug, so I'll just say that this will be the 100th game between the two programs, with the Wolverines dominating the series to the tune of a 72-24-3 record, including a five-game winning streak that began in 2006. Still, considering Michigan's last two games, anything can happen! Let's hope this one turns out more like last year's, a comfortable 35-13 Maize and Blue victory. And if nothing else, we Michigan Men will always have the crazy 21-point fourth-quarter comeback that occurred exactly 10 seasons ago!:
