Michigan gameday 2013 #13: vs. Kansas State (BWW Bowl)

The 7-5 Wolverines, coming off a major almost-upset against the Buckeyes, head to sunny Tempe, Arizona this evening for a 10:15 EST kickoff against Kansas State in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.  The Wildcats are also 7-5, though their 5-4 conference record looks a lot better than Michigan's at 3-5.  Michigan will have to make do without wildcard QB Devin Gardner, who reportedly broke his foot in the Ohio State game and STILL gutted out a near-miss.  True freshman Shane Morris, a highly-rated recruit with a Nuke Laloosh arm--in terms of both power and accuracy--will helm the offense after very limited action this season.

Can Michigan pull off what's now looking to be an upset?  Will Morris show enough flashes of talent to put the Wolverines over the top?  Will the offensive line and running backs continue to coalesce into something near competence?  And Can I stay up late enough to watch the whole thing?  (addendum:  will it be worth it?!)  Find out tonight on ESPN.

LET'S GO BLUE!
